Rib Fabric

Waffle fabric is a fabric with a recessed square pattern. The raised edges around the recessed squares give the pattern the look of the breakfast food called waffles. It can be both woven and knit but waffle knits is much better than woven in hand feeling. Waffle knits provide a perfect characteristics of warmness and softness.

Waffle cloth, also known as waffle weave fabric or honeycomb fabric, is a woven or knit fabric that has a recessed pattern created by cords running either vertically,horizontally or both, creating a square design (hence the waffle name).
Waffle knit fabrics are widely used in high grade household clothes such as pajamas, night-robe, bathrobe and leisure wear, etc.

Ribbed cotton fabric has more stretch in the width than the length. Thus, ribbed trim is often used for neckbands, T-shirt collars, cuffs, waistbands, sweater hems, and any form-fitting edges. It's seen in various contents including 100 percent cotton or cotton blends and works well with other knits to complete a look.

5x3 cotton modal rib is more complex than other ribs and it has 5 wales on the front side and 3 wales on the reverse side. In this structure, the rib fabric looks heavier than 1x1 and 2x2 ribs and feels fluffy as well. Meanwhile cotton and modal let the fabric keep warmer and more Eco-friendly than other materials.

Rib knit is a knitted fabric with alternating raised and lowered rows. More spandex and durable than plain knits, they tend to fit the body and are used frequently in T-shirts, as well as for the trims of socks, sleeves, waists and other clothing.

Rayon spandex rib can be 2x1, 2x2, 4x2, 4x3 rib in knits and mainly applies to autumn & winter clothes, women's wear, children's wear and other fashion clothes.

Cotton Polyester Spandex Rib is composed of cotton, polyester and spandex ( elastane / lycra / any other stretch yarn).
Cotton spandex rib is widely used in autumn & winter clothes, women's wear, children's wear. It can be open-width or tubular in form and tubular form is very good for seamless clothes.

Solid, print and yarn dyed are all available in this cotton polyester rib knit fabric and the bulk color can be customized by buyer's requirement.
Fabric weight: Normally from 200 GSM to 400 GSM.
Rib fabric weight: 110 - 150 cm cuttable (open width) or 60 - 80 cm in tubular form.

3x1 cotton rib is a knit fabric in rib structure 3 wales by 1 wales, it can be open width or tubular in width form. Cotton and cotton elastane is much thicker than jersey fabric or interlock so that it has more thermal properties.

Polyester elastane rib tubular knit mainly applies to underwear and infant's wear. Tubular ribbed knit always fits very well with seamless garments and it has little twist after washing.
